CRANBERRY MOSCOW MULE (makes 1)
◻️ 3 oz Q GINGER BEER
◻️ 1.5 oz vodka
◻️ 2 oz cranberry juice
◻️ .25 oz lime juice
◻️ Dehydrated lime wheel, cranberries and rosemary, for garnish

CRANBERRY MOSCOW MULE PUFF PASTRY TREES (makes 7-8)
◻️ 2 cups fresh cranberries
◻️ 1/2 cup sugar, plus more for sprinkling
◻️ Zest from 1 lime
◻️ 1/4 cup Q GINGER BEER
◻️ 1 tbsp vodka
◻️ 2 sheets puff pastry, I used Pepperidge Farm
◻️ Flour, for surface
◻️ 1 egg
◻️ Powdered sugar, for serving

we can’t build snowmen out here in san diego, but this cutie snow globe is definitely the next best thing, especially because it tastes amazing, too

SNOW GLOBE MARGARITA (makes 1)
◻️ 1 ½ oz tequila
◻️ 1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
◻️ 3/4-1 oz lime juice
◻️ 1 oz cream of coconut
◻️ shredded coconut and marshmallow cream or icing
◻️ Snow globe garnish: Rosemary, icing holiday decorations, mini marshmallows

1. Prepare glass - add shredded coconut to a shallow dish. Spread marshmallow cream along the rim of the glass. Dip in the coconut until the rim is coated.
2. To a cocktail shaker- add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, cream of coconut and ice. Shake until well chilled.
3. Completely fill the prepared cocktail glass with pebble ice or crushed ice. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
4. For the snow globe presentation, add more ice if necessary. Garnish with a marshmallow snowman on a toothpick, icing decorations and rosemary sprigs as trees. Rest the slushy lid on the glass (glass should be smaller than the lid so the coconut rim is inside).

COSMO IN THE SNOW (makes 1)
For Snowglobe Ice
◻️ 1 sprig rosemary
◻️ 1/4 cup cranberries
◻️ Water
For Cocktail
◻️ 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◻️ 1-2 oz white cranberry juice
◻️ 1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
◻️ 3/4 oz lime juice
◻️ Club soda
◻️ Pomegranate seeds, for garnish

1. Prepare snowglobe ice - Add cranberries and an inch of water to a wine glass. Trim a rosemary sprig so it fits inside the glass. Balance it in between the cranberries to look like a Christmas tree. Freeze until frozen solid, about 5 hours.
2. To a fillable ornament - Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, Cointreau, white cranberry juice and lime juice.
3. For serving, fill the glass halfway with club soda. If desired, add pomegranate seeds. Balance the cocktail ornament on the glass. When ready to enjoy, pour the cocktail mixture into the glass. Enjoy immediately.
