A survey of 300 passengers was conducted to examine their perceptions of ISaidub. The survey was administered at a major airport and consisted of 20 questions, including demographic information, frequency of air travel, and satisfaction with ISaidub's content, user interface, and overall experience. The survey instrument was designed to measure passenger satisfaction using a 5-point Likert scale.
The aviation industry has witnessed significant growth in recent years, with airlines competing to provide the best in-flight experience to their passengers. One crucial aspect of this experience is in-flight entertainment (IFE). This study investigates passenger satisfaction with ISaidub, a popular IFE system.
